Reports, sharing and exports
What do I see when I open a session?
Opening a session shows the annotated video with the body-tracking overlay, plus playback controls: play and pause, a scrub bar, playback speed, a loop toggle, frame-by-frame stepping, five-second skip back and forward, and fullscreen. Next to the video is a chart that stays in sync with the playhead — switch between the exercise metrics and the joint angles, and clicking the chart seeks the video to that moment. Below sit the metric cards, each showing the measured value against its good-range (green zone) with an info button that explains what the metric means. A Current / Dynamics toggle flips a card between its latest value and a trend across the athlete’s sessions, and you can add or remove cards to curate the view. The session also carries its overall technique score and an AI coaching note.
Can I add my own notes or a review to a session?
Yes. Use Write review (later Edit review) on a session to add your own coaching note in free text, with an optional score out of 100. Your review shows on the session and travels with it into shared links and PDF reports, so an athlete sees your words alongside the numbers.
What is the AI coaching note?
Every analysed session includes an AI coaching note — a short written analysis that summarises what stood out, in plain language for you and the athlete. It generates automatically and streams in, and shows a “based on” line naming the coaching topics it drew from. You can edit the note or revert to the original wording. It’s a one-time written summary for the session, not a back-and-forth chat — if it ever fails to generate you can retry it.
How do I share a report or a result?
Use the Share action on a session, a comparison, or a client profile. The app creates a read-only public link you can copy and send — the person you share with doesn’t need an account. Sharing again reuses the same link, and the link opens in whatever app language you’re using when you create it. You can also share a specialised-analysis (Solution) report the same way.
What does someone see when I share a link with them?
A clean, read-only page — no sign-in needed. They see the real result: the annotated video, the metric cards with their good ranges, your written review, and the AI coaching summary. A shared client profile additionally shows the readiness score and the score charted over time. What they don’t get is anything private: the page isn’t shown to search engines, who uploaded the video isn’t revealed, and a viewer can’t drill into the athlete’s other sessions. A client-profile link can also be revoked if you no longer want it to work, and links can expire on their own.
How do I export or download a report as a PDF?
Use Download PDF on a completed session — you get a clean, branded report with a cover and the overall score, the metric cards and their good ranges, each metric’s change over time, a progress-over-time section, the AI coaching analysis, and your own review. PDFs follow your chosen units and language. You can also download a PDF from a client profile (a rounded-up report for the athlete), from a comparison, and from a Solution report. PDF downloads are for signed-in coaches — they aren’t offered to people viewing a public share link.
Can I download the analysed video?
Yes — a completed session has a Download video action that saves the annotated clip (with the tracking overlay) so you can keep it or send it on outside the app.
