Getting around and your dashboard

How do I find my way around the app?

The app is one workspace with a navigation bar at the top (it folds into a Menu on a phone). The main places you’ll go are:

  • Overview — your home dashboard and roster health at a glance.
  • Upload — start a new session by adding or recording a video.
  • Sessions — every analysed video across your roster, searchable.
  • Solutions — deeper, report-first specialised assessments.
  • Clients — your athletes and their profiles and history.
  • Team — invite and manage the coaches on your account.
  • Settings — language, units, branding, privacy, billing and your account.

A sessions-left counter in the top bar shows how much of your monthly analysis allowance remains. Clicking the AiKYNETIX logo always takes you back to the Overview, and the in-app help assistant is available on every screen.

What does the Overview dashboard show me?

Overview is your home screen — a read on your whole roster at a glance. It greets you with quick actions to start a New session or Add client, then shows summary tiles (clients, sessions today, how many are pending review, and how many failed), an AI-coach recommendation card, a roster pulse (your average technique score, how many athletes are at risk, and who’s on a streak), a sessions-by-activity heatmap, a top movers board of your biggest improvers and the athletes who need attention, and your most recent sessions.

A time-range picker (last 7, 30 or 90 days, the last 12 months, or a custom range) and — if you’ve grouped your clients — a group filter sit at the top and apply across the view. Alongside the summary there’s a per-activity Dashboards view that goes deeper into one activity’s metrics and ranks your athletes against each other. Team owners also get a Business view for plan usage and team productivity.

Where do I find my past sessions?

Open Sessions — it’s your searchable journal of every analysed video across your roster. Each row shows the client, the activity and exercise, the status, key metrics and a thumbnail; click a row to open the full player and report. A shortcut at the top jumps straight to the sessions that still need review.

How do I search, filter or sort my sessions?

On the Sessions screen you can search by name, client, activity, exercise or session number; filter by client and by date range; and sort by newest, oldest, by client, by activity, or by score (low to high or high to low). Activity chips along the top let you narrow to one activity at a time. Your search and filters are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view or come back to it later and it’ll be just as you left it.

Where do I see progress over time?

Progress over time lives on each athlete’s client profile — open a client to see their technique score and key metrics charted over time, with how the latest session compares to the one before, how it compares to their baseline, a marker for their personal best, and the good-range band for context. For a whole-roster view of trends, use the Dashboards view on the Overview. Individual sessions also show a Dynamics toggle that charts a metric across that athlete’s sessions.

How do I compare two sessions?

To compare sessions, open Sessions, select two or more, and choose Compare (you can compare up to four at once). The comparison shows each session’s video side by side and a metric table that lines up every shared metric, highlighting the best and worst value so improvement jumps out; when the sessions share metrics you also get an overlay chart. Values follow your chosen units. Once every session in the comparison has finished analysing, you can share the comparison as a read-only link or download it as a PDF.
