Getting started and using AiKYNETIX on your phone

How do I get started as a new coach?

When you first sign up, a short setup walks you through it: choose the area you work in and the activities or sports you coach, then set your display name and company name (these brand your reports). You can invite teammates right away or skip and do it later, and you finish by adding your first client. After that you’re in the app and ready to upload your first session.

What’s the typical workflow, from client to shared report?

A normal end-to-end flow looks like this:

  1. Add the client on the Clients page (their profile makes the analysis more precise).
  2. Start a New session from Upload — pick the activity and exercise, choose the camera view the app asks for, attach the client, and add or record the video.
  3. Wait for the analysis (it finishes in a short while), then open the session from Sessions.
  4. Read the report — the metrics against their good ranges, the technique score, and the AI coaching note — and add your own review.
  5. Share a read-only link with the athlete, or download a PDF.

Over time, open the client’s profile to see their progress over time.

Can I use AiKYNETIX on my phone?

Yes. AiKYNETIX works in your phone’s browser and adapts to the smaller screen, and you can install it to your home screen for a faster, full-screen app. You can record a video straight from the phone camera, and the app keeps the screen awake while you record or play back.

How do I install the app on my phone (add to home screen)?

Open the Install page (there’s often a QR code or link to it) and follow the steps for your device:

  • iPhone or iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add. (On iPhone/iPad you need to use Safari to install.)
  • Android (Chrome): tap the Install button, or use Chrome’s menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.
  • Desktop (Chrome or Edge): click the Install button, or the install icon in the address bar.

Installed, AiKYNETIX opens faster, runs full-screen without browser chrome, and behaves like a normal app on your device.

Can I record a video on my phone?

Yes. On a phone or tablet, choosing to record opens your device camera so you can film the movement directly; on a laptop it uses the webcam with a countdown before it starts. Either way you can trim the clip to just the reps you want before sending it for analysis. For the best results, follow the on-screen camera view and framing tips.

How do I get help inside the app?

The in-app help assistant (the launcher in the corner of the screen) can answer product and how-to questions any time. If it can’t help, or you’d rather reach a person, email support@aikynetix.com and our team will pick it up.
